Every accident is unwelcome. We know that sorting out the claim detail and making the initial report can be stressful and that is before you have even thought about repairing the damage. That is why we are here to help take those worries away.

  • If you were not at fault for the accident and there is an identifiable insured third party we take care of:
  • liaising with your insurance company and the other driver; just give us a call and we will do the rest
  • the recovery of your damaged vehicle to an approved Accident Repair Centre and the full management of the repairs
  • the provision of a replacement vehicle on a like-for-like basis for prestige marques and on a category equivalent basis for mainstream brands and light commercial vehicles
  • managing the communication with all other parties
  • arranging for the recovery of your uninsured losses – including your policy excess, hire charges, loss of earnings and out of pocket expenses

If you were at fault for the accident (or in other circumstances not specifically covered):

  • all appropriate reporting to and liaising with your insurer or broker can be done for you. Due to the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998, your insurer will require your consent for us to correspond with them on your behalf

This is a new service provided by Freedom Vehicle Contracts in association with Accident Exchange to assist you, your friends, relatives and non-Freedom Vehicle Contracts customers in the event of a road traffic accident.

Accident Aftercare

Please keep your Freedom Vehicle Contracts Accident Aftercare membership card with you at all times and should you be unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident, help is only a phone call away. We hope you never need this... But if you do, we are here to help!
